Would it be possilbe to put a filter on messages, so you don’t have to scroll through them all to find messages that need a reply? ie filter out booking requests and approves.
Thanks
Dave

This is a great idea. I’m passing it along to our designers. Thanks for taking the time to make the request.

Is there a way we can link straight to their profile from the message screen as well?

Hi Andy, When you say ‘their profile’ can you give me an example of the page you would like to land on when you click their profile image? Do you mean their bookings?

Their profile please. I have a few schools where spaces are offered to their own children first then opened up. If they ask me a question i’d like to be able to see their profile so i can tailor my response a little more

Sorry for the delay in responding to this second idea Andy. We don’t have a page that that displays a summary of a booker’s profile. I think we would call that a ‘Customer Page’ and I think this is a good idea as well. It is also on our radar and I will add your vote to this feature.
Thanks very much for putting these ideas in writing, we really appreciate it.

Hi just one more request. Is there a way of filtering the messages (or turning off) so that we dont get the cancellation and conformation of bookings in the messages? Its quite hard to scroll through the messages from parents and sometimes i miss them as there are so many cancellation/confirmation messages

Can there be a function to mark mesages as ‘unread’ (similar to emails) for ease of tracking to communicating with customers.
