Transfer a booker from one session to another#111

Mentors would like to be able to transfer a learner from one session to another without declining or cancelling or refunding the booking.
This creates a much smoother experience for customers.

I keep getting asked for this and have to ask learners to cancel thier booking and redo on a differnt date - feel clunky to have to do that

Any update on this? We would like to switch sessions/blocks for learners
