Branching questions at check-out#149

The ability to ask questions only if a specific answer has been selected for a previous question. E.g.: Q1 Does this child have any medical conditions? [y/n] ->
[if no]: proceed to checkout;
[if yes]: Q2: Please give details about the condition. Q3: Do they take any medication? [if yes]: What sort of medication do they take etc.
