How can we ensure that the system accommodates older individuals without email addresses so that all citizens can register for activities they wish to participate in?

Hello, If you have a customer with no email address you can guide them to input a fake email such as maryhasnoemail@email.com.
The result would be that they would not receive any email correspondance but they would be able to log into their account using the fake email and password.
However, perhaps the better solution might be to help them set up a basic email as this would surely be a huge benefit to them.
