
An easy way to see unread messages from customers. Customer messages get lost win the notification messages and group messages. Being able to see unread messages would be very helpful.

This is an important improvement that we’ll be working on this year.


Can I check that you are aware of this toggle in your messages page? I assume that the issue is that you want to be able to mark them as read or unread (like a task list). Is that correct?
