
When a booker cancels directly (via phone/email instead of eequ), on the day of a session, it would be helpful for us as an organisation to be able to quickly cancel their place from the register rather than having to find their original booking and then part cancel their booking/s. Being able to cancel the session quickly via the register, would allow us to release the learners place for a last minute booking.

Thanks for this feedback. We do have a dedicated CANCEL page that you can jump to if you need to cancel any learner for any session.
However, the best practice would be to ask the parent to cancel the session for themselves otherwise your data will show that you were the one who cancelled, not them. It is very easy for parents to cancel via the mobile phones and links are provided in every email and all the reminders.

Hello Mel, You can cancel an individual learner from a session by clicking CANCEL SESSION on the Schedule Page.
From this point you will be able to select an individual learner from the session.
