Messages from customers needs overhaul#201

Need to be made easy to use - it is awful at the moment

  1. All notes inc requests for bookings get lumpted into the inbox. Need to seperate booking requests from messages to start with. This is easy and important start.

  2. Need to create foldres so you can file messages when you have replied

  3. At worst need to see which messages have been replied to and be able to filter to messages that have not been replied to

  4. Need to be able to add attachments

Just needs some thought and efford put into this important part of the system

Hello Gordon, Thank you for taking the time to record these issues so clearly. We are aware of the need for these improvements and are designing the next iteration of our messages function currently. We will keep you informed of the progress and hope to solve this in the near future.

Hello Gordon,

I’m so happy to share that our messages feature has been upgraded in several ways.

You can now sort between messages by “read” and “unread” tabs.

You can also attach links!
