Instant notification for those who are on the waiting list or registered their interest for the session that a space has become available#202

Is there a way to have an instant email / text message sent to those who are on a waiting list that there is a cancelation and space is available for them to book. Ideally this message to a link for them to book that space that has become available.

Hello Lana, we presently do not have a function for this. At the moment, if you’d like anyone to book when there is a cancellation, we would recommend turning off the Waiting List, as whilst the Waiting List is turned on, you would need to manually send the magic booking link out when there is a cancellation. I understand that this function does not meet your requirements, but I can confirm that what you are requesting is already in development for this year. We will be pushing out a new waiting list feature which would function like an out of stock alert. All Mentors will be informed of this feature release in due time.
