It seems a shame that there’s not the option to change from declined and reinstate the booking. We have declined a user as ineligible only for the council to approve them following say a phone call but once declined it’s not possible to change it back waiting approval and then approve.

Hello Imagine for Torbay team. Unfortunately, this is more nuanced than it might appear at first. When a parent books, our system is able to calculate in that moment a number of different parameters including how many spaces there are for that ticket at that very moment and how many sessions that child has and if they are double booked. Simply reversing the decision could lead to unintended consequences on all these fronts such as a Mentor finding they are overbooked and not understanding why the system did not prevent it.
It is now quite easy to create a booking for an existing customer and this is the best process for reinstating a booker.
