Ability to change eligibility criteria#233

Many parents book under the incorrect eligiblity, it would be helpful if we could deselect the incorrect eligibility selection on our end so they do not have to repeat the booking process. We tend to find a high percentage of those who get rejected do not reapply even when the reason is explained to them.
