Line breaks in messages#260

Allow line breaks in the message sent to bookers when their booking is declined due to eligibility. (NB. It is possible that these line breaks appear on the email received by bookers - however, they are not shown when we review details after a booking is declined)

Hello Paul, Thank you for this observation! Yes, you are correct. Line spaces ion system messages do appear in the final version of the email sent to bookers :)
