It would be helpful if the messages written to decline bookings could be based on predefined templates that include field names such as: the first name of the booker, the name of the Provider, the name of the activity/camp, the first name of the learner(s) for whom the booking has been made, the number of sessions booked etc.
This would make it much quicker to provide friendly messages to bookers.
