Send a Bespoke Invoice by email to a new customer#85

Currently Bespoke Invoices can only be sent to an existing customer or a person who has sent the Mentor a message.

Make it possible to send an invoice to a new customer using their email. This will prompt the customer to create an account so that they can receive Eequ email notifications about their booking and manage their booking online in future.

I hope you all received our recent feature release email but I’m just confirming that we have now released this feature. We hope this makes is a really smooth and easy process to create a booking for a new customer and to introduce them to using Eequ.
